Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Payment is collected up front to reserve your product and specific size requested.

Once you place the order you cannot cancel the order. Preorders are confirming an allotted amount of customers are wanting said product. It is important to also read the turn around time on the product it can vary depending on the vendor. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
